Payment processing fees (not from Rukter)

Rukter charges nothing per transaction. These are third-party rates, set by the payment providers:

PromptPay QR / bank transfer / CODFree — you receive 100% of the order value
Stripe (credit/debit card — Thailand)~1.5% + ฿5–10 per transaction (Stripe rate)
Stripe (credit/debit card — International)~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (Stripe rate)

Is Rukter really free?

Yes. There is no monthly subscription fee and no transaction fee charged by Rukter. The only costs you pay are Stripe's processing fees if you choose to accept card payments — and those fees go directly to Stripe, not Rukter.

What does Rukter earn if it's free?

Rukter is currently free for all sellers while the platform grows. Future premium services (additional analytics, priority support, advanced features) may be added at optional cost. The base store will remain free.

Are there transaction fees?

Rukter charges zero transaction fees. If you accept bank transfer, PromptPay, or COD — you receive the full order amount. If you use Stripe for card payments, Stripe charges their standard processing rate (typically 1.5–3% depending on country and card type).

Is there a product or order limit?

There is no hard limit on products or orders enforced by Rukter. The platform is designed to scale with your business.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign up and run your store with no credit card. A credit card is only needed if you want to use Stripe for customer card payments.

How much does a custom domain cost?

Rukter does not charge for connecting a custom domain. You register your domain with any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) which typically costs $10–15 per year, then connect it in your dashboard settings for free.
