How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days to use the real system with up to 20 products, custom domain support, video uploads, 250 MB storage, 2 GB monthly traffic, and 30 AI assistant uses. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, choose Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise and pay through Stripe.
Are there any transaction fees?+
Rukter charges zero transaction fees on every plan. If you accept Stripe card payments, Stripe charges its standard processing rate. That fee goes to Stripe, not Rukter.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your store stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why are prices in USD?+
USD makes pricing predictable for sellers in every country we serve. The local amount shown on the page is only an estimate; Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout when available.
What if I need more than 300 products?+
Talk to Sales for an Enterprise plan. We set custom product, storage, traffic, and AI quotas with dedicated support.
Can every plan upload videos?+
Yes. Video uploads are allowed on Free Trial, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise. The practical limit is the storage quota on your plan.
