How does the free trial work?+
You get full access for 30 days with up to 10 products and 30 AI queries — no credit card needed. When the trial ends, choose Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise.
Are there any transaction fees?+
Rukter charges zero transaction fees on every plan. If you accept Stripe card payments, Stripe charges their standard processing rate (typically 2.9% + $0.30 internationally) — that fee goes to Stripe, not Rukter.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your store stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why are prices in USD?+
USD makes pricing predictable for sellers in every country we serve. Stripe converts to your local currency at checkout when you upgrade, using their standard FX rate.
What if I need more than 300 products?+
Talk to Sales for an Enterprise plan — we set custom product and AI quotas, with dedicated support and invoicing.
I'm on a legacy plan (Trial / Basic / Pro). What happens?+
Nothing changes — you keep your existing terms and pricing. You can switch to a new tier any time, but you don't have to.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you were billed by accident, contact support and we will refund you. We don't offer routine pro-rata refunds — but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
