Rukter Dashboard Guide
Everything you need to know to manage your online store like a pro.
System Overview
The Rukter Dashboard is organized into four main areas:
Store Management
Products, collections, orders, customers, and promotions
Store & Payments
Storefront design, payment methods, and shipping
Data & AI
Sales reports and AI-powered store insights
System Settings
Store info, logo, and configuration
The left sidebar is organized into AI Control Panel / Store Management / Files / System & Settings
Sign In
Rukter uses your Google Account โ no password needed.

Click "Start for Free" or "Log In"
On the homepage at rukter.com, click the button in the top-right corner.

Choose your Google account
A Google Sign-In popup will appear โ select your account.

Your store is created automatically
If you're new, your store and dashboard are ready immediately.
Your session is remembered โ no need to sign in again next time.
Products
Manage all products in your store โ add, edit, or remove them here.
Add a Product
Set name, description, price, and product images
Manage Images
Upload multiple images, drag to reorder
Price & Stock
Set price, stock quantity, and SKU
AI Description Writer
Let AI write compelling product descriptions for you

Click "+ Add Product" (top right)
The product form will open.

Fill in name, description, and price
Use the AI button to auto-generate a description.

Upload product images
Drag & drop or browse โ supports JPG, PNG, WebP.

Click "Save Product"
The product will appear in your store immediately.
Collections
Group products into collections to help customers browse your store.
Create a Collection
Set a name and upload a cover image
Add Products
Select which products belong to this collection
Shows in Storefront
Collections appear in your store's navigation menu
Organize by product type, e.g., "Clothing", "Bags", "Accessories"
Orders
View and manage all orders. Track fulfillment status here.

Search orders by order ID, customer name, or email
Customers
View all customers who have placed orders in your store.
Customer List
View name, email, and order history for each customer
Search Customers
Search by name or email address
Promotions (Discounts)
Create discount codes or promotions to boost sales.
Coupon Code
Create a code customers enter at checkout, e.g., WELCOME10
% Discount
Percentage off, e.g., 20% off the order total
เธฟ Fixed Discount
Fixed amount off, e.g., เธฟ50 off
Expiry & Limits
Set start/end dates and per-customer usage limits

Click "+ Create Promotion"
Enter the promotion name and coupon code (optional)

Choose discount type
Select percentage or fixed discount, then enter the amount

Set conditions and save
Limit uses per customer or set a total usage cap
Theme Designer
Design your storefront visually โ no coding required.
Announcement Bar
A banner at the top of your store, e.g., "Free shipping today!"
Hero Banner
Main image with headline and CTA button on the homepage
Featured Collection
Showcase products from a selected collection on the homepage
Testimonials
Customer reviews to build trust and credibility
Video Section
Embed YouTube or other video in your storefront
Rich Text / Contact Form
Add text content or a contact form for customers
You can drag to reorder sections, and click Preview to see changes before publishing
Payment
Configure payment methods โ enable or disable each independently.

For Stripe, you must configure the Webhook URL in your Stripe Dashboard too.
Shipping
Set up shipping methods and rates shown to customers at checkout.

Click "+ Add Shipping Method"
e.g., DHL, FedEx, Kerry Express, Local Post

Set name and description
e.g., "Kerry Express โ delivered within 1-2 business days"

Set shipping rate
Enter a flat rate, or เธฟ0 for free shipping
You can create multiple shipping methods so customers can choose at checkout.
Sales Reports (Analytics)
View sales statistics and order data across different time periods.
Sales Chart
View sales over the last 7 / 30 / 90 days or 1 year
Total Revenue
Total earnings for the selected period
Order Count
All orders broken down by status
Select your time range using the 7d / 30d / 90d / 1y buttons above the chart.
AI Lab Beta
AI tools to help analyze and grow your store. Actively in development.
Global Assistant
Ask anything about your store in any language. Press โ+J to open.
AI Content Writer
Writes product descriptions and storefront content for you
Analytics Genius
Analyzes your sales data and gives business recommendations
Smart Command
Search for features and commands from the top menu bar
You must set up an API Key in AI Assistant Settings first. Supports Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.

Switch the dashboard interface between Thai and English
