Is Rukter free?

Rukter is free for the first 30 days — full access, no card needed. After that, Starter is $3/month, Growth is $9/month, and Business is $25/month. There are no transaction fees from Rukter on any plan, ever.

Does Rukter work outside Thailand?

Yes. Rukter supports 37 languages and sellers in any country can use it. It is especially well-suited for Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East where Shopify Payments is often unavailable.

Why does Shopify charge extra transaction fees?

Shopify charges 0.6–2% per transaction if you use a payment processor other than Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments is only available in ~20 countries. Sellers in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and many other countries cannot use Shopify Payments, so they pay the extra fee on every order.

Can I migrate from Shopify to Rukter?

Yes. You can export your products from Shopify and recreate them in Rukter. Currently this requires manually re-adding products or using CSV import. Your customer data and order history would remain in Shopify.

What does Rukter not have that Shopify has?

Shopify has a large app marketplace with 3,000+ third-party integrations, more advanced B2B and wholesale features, and a larger global support ecosystem. Rukter is best for sellers who need the essentials — store, products, payments, orders — without complexity or cost.
